TD Garden has three public entry gates (Main, East, & West). The TD Garden VIP entrances are located along the Causeway on the south side of the building which is very close to the Main Entrance. In this article we will discuss the specific location of these TD Garden entrances so you can plan accordingly.
TD Garden Entrance Gate Locations
TD Garden Main Entrance Gate Location
The TD Garden Main Entrance Gate is located on the south side of the arena. This TD Garden Main Entrance is located at the intersection of Causeway Street and Canal Street. There is a large cutout in the building that leads back to the entrance.

TD Garden East Entrance Gate Location
The TD Garden East Entrance Gate is positioned on the east side of the arena. This TD Garden East Entrance is located between Big Night Live and TD Garden just to the east of the main entrance. You can get there by walking around on the east side, through The Hub, or the underground tunnel.

TD Garden West Entrance Gate Location
The TD Garden West Entrance Gate, as the name would suggest, is on the west side of the arena. This TD Garden West Entrance is located in an alleyway between TD Garden and the Thomas P O’Neil JR Federal Building, just on the north side of the Big Night Live section.

TD Garden Hub VIP Entrances
TD Garden Suite Entrances via the Hub
The TD Garden Suite Entrances are actually located in The Hub, as you walk inside the North Station concourse on the south side. This area is where you will also find the Main Entrance used for the public. Once inside the concourse, you will find escalators talking you to the 2nd level where you will find “Suite Entrance” signs.
TD Garden Box Office Entrance Location
If you need to visit the box office, the ticket office is located on the north side of the arena in the north concourse between the Boston Garden Society lobby and the MBTA passageway entrance (view this area).
