State Farm Stadium Parking FAQs
Where is the State Farm Stadium Uber Pickup and Rideshare Area?
On gamedays, a westbound lane on Cardinals Way in the State Farm Stadium Black Lot is blockaded for rideshare activities. This is on the south side of State Farm Stadium. While your Rideshare Driver should know, to access this drop off zone, vehicles must be traveling west on Cardinals Way. Please respect any posted time limitations and heed the instructions from officers directing traffic flow in and out of the area.
Keep in mind that on gameday, there can be street closures that will impact travel time. Also, keep in mind that rideshare business can pick up on game days, so planning ahead or getting to the game early when using a rideshare app is recommended. Typically, during heavier rideshare times, the rates will be higher as well. So again, the earlier you get to the stadium the better.
When do State Farm Stadium Parking Lots Open?
While times can change, usually the State Farm Stadium Parking Lots and Garages open 4 hours prior to kickoff. They will also close 1 hours after the game is completed, so don’t plan on keeping your car parked there for very long after the game. Keep in mint that for a variety of reasons, the Arizona Cardinals and State Farm Stadium can change these times at anytime. It is always a good idea to get to the stadium in advance, as the closer it gets to game times the more congested traffic will get. All parking passes will digital, so make sure and have your phone with you.
Does State Farm Stadium allow Tailgating?
Yes, State Farm Stadium allows tailgating in the stadium controlled parking lots. Your tailgate setup must be limited to the area directly in front of or behind the vehicle. Tents and tailgating equipment must not extend beyond the red painted fire lanes, along sidewalks and painted walkways or other areas deemed by stadium staff as an obstruction. Tailgating in empty stalls is prohibited, even with an unused
permit. Parties must remain with their group and must not commingle.
Tailgating hours Tailgating activities are permitted from the opening of all Cardinals parking areas (4 hours prior to game time) until kickoff only. Tailgating after the game has begun or post-game is not permitted.
One of the best lots for tailgating is the State Farm Stadium Premium Turf Tailgating Lot. This lot is small though, so getting a pass ahead of time is strongly recommended. Also, keep in mind that all lots do have restrictions on tailgating activities and equipment. If you have any questions, I would check out the Arizona Cardinals Parking Resource.
