Parking for Denver Nuggets games is actually quite simple compared to many other NBA arenas. There are several large parking lots located right next to the arena, which makes things convenient. In this article, let’s explore some of the most popular Denver Nuggets parking options.

When parking for Denver Nuggets games, you have two basic options:

  • Pre-purchase a parking pass (learn more).
  • Drive up and pay for parking on site.

In general, purchasing a parking pass in advance is always helpful and can reduce the hassle of paying on site. But paying on site is an option (just remember, most lots do not accept cash).

Parking passes can be purchased through the Ball Arena parking page or through online ticket brokers like Ticketmaster, StubHub, and Vivid Seats.

There are four main parking entrances to the Ball Arena grounds, and which one makes the most sense for you will depend on what direction you are coming in from. The two most common parking entrances are the 7th Street Entrance and the Speer Boulevard Entrance.

If you are coming from the north, the Speer Boulevard Entrance will make the most sense. It is located at the intersection of Speer Boulevard and Chopper Circle (view this entrance).

If you are coming from the south, west, or from downtown Denver, the entrances along Auraria Parkway will make the most sense. There are entrances at 7th, 9th, and 11th streets (off of Auraria). The 7th Street Entrance is the most popular for basic public parking and it leads into the large parking lot area that is west of the arena (view this entrance).

Where to Buy a Denver Nuggets Parking Pass

Parking passes are not required for every Ball Arena parking lot, but pre-purchasing a parking pass can help reduce hassle on gameday.

This is where you can visit the Ball Arena parking page to purchase parking passes through ParkWhiz. Also, on the parking page, you can scroll down and see the current price for each lot if you instead want to pay on site when you arrive. Most lots do not accept cash.

If, prior to the event, you wish to visit the box office in person for assistance, the main Ball Arena Ticket Office is located on the south side of Ball Arena, just off of Chopper Circle between 9th and 11th street (view this area).
