Caesars Superdome has eight main gates for fans to use, and also has three VIP entrances. In this article, let’s discuss the location of Caesars Superdome gates, and when those gates open.

When do Caesars Superdome Gates Open?

Caesars Superdome gates open two hours prior to kickoff for New Orleans Saints games for all non-suite ticket holders. Those that have suite tickets, Caesars Superdome Suite Gates will open 3 hours prior to kickoff (source).

Caesars Superdome Gates & Entrances

Caesars Superdome Gate A Entrance Location

Caesars Superdome Gate A is located on the north side of the stadium on Sugar Bowl Drive. There are two levels for Caesars Superdome Gate A. The ground level at Gate A has a VIP entrance as well as an ADA accessible entrance. For most patrons, you will use the plaza level for Caesars Superdome Gate A entry.

You can take the stairs from here to access the Plaza Level Gate A entrance. When you enter the Caesars Superdome Gate A, you are entering the same side of the stadium as the north endzone. The plaza level is open to all attendees while the ground is only open for ADA and Suite ticket holders.

Caesars Superdome Gate B Entrance Location

Caesars Superdome Gate B is located on the northeast corner of the stadium on the plaza level only, you can not access this from Sugar Bowl Drive. Inside of Caesars Superdome Gate B you will find the Guest Services Center. They can help you with any questions as well as any lost and found items.

When you enter the Caesars Superdome Gate B, you are entering the same side of the stadium as the Saints sideline. Gate B is open to all attendees.

Caesars Superdome Gate C Entrance Location

Caesars Superdome Gate C is located on the east side of the stadium on the plaza level only. You can get to the plaza level on Lasalle Street and from Dave Dixon Drive. Caesars Superdome Gate C is also referred to as Caesars Superdome Lasalle Street Entrance. Outside of Gate C is a large “Grand Staircase”, where you will find an entrance for VIP members and an entrance for general admission.

When you enter the Caesars Superdome Gate C, you are entering the same side of the stadium as the visitors sideline. Gate C general entry is open to all attendees while also having a VIP only entrance.

Caesars Superdome Gate D Entrance Location

Caesars Superdome Gate D is located on the southeast corner of the stadium on the Plaza Level above the intersection of Dave Dixon Drive and LaSalle Street. There is a ramp that leads up to the Plaza Level where you you will find Gate D. Caesars Superdome Gate D is located just west of Garage 2.

Caesars Superdome Gate E Entrance Location

Caesars Superdome Gate E is located on the south side of the stadium on the Plaza level above Dave Dixon Drive. Caesars Superdome Gate E is also known as Caesars Superdome Girod Street Gate. Gate E is located between Parking Garage 2 and Parking Garage 5. As you approach the gate, you will see the bridge over Dave Dixon Drive to the entrance.

Caesars Superdome Gate E is on the Plaza Level, so if you are approaching on Dave Dixon Drive you will need to take the ramp or stairs to to the gate level. When you enter the Caesars Superdome Gate E, you are entering the same side of the stadium as the visitors sideline. Gate E is open to all attendees.

Caesars Superdome Gate F Entrance Location

Caesars Superdome Gate F is located on the southwest side of the stadium on the Plaza Level above Dave Dixon Drive. As you approach Caesars Superdome Gate F you will see the stadium loading docks below it on the ground level. There is a set of stairs that lead up to the Plaza level if you are approaching it on the ground level along Dave Dixon Drive.

When you enter the Caesars Superdome Gate F, you are entering the same side of the stadium as the Saints sideline. Gate F is open to all attendees. Caesars Superdome Gate F also has the only smoking area located outside the entrance.

Caesars Superdome Gate G Entrance Location

Caesars Superdome Gate G is located on the west side of the stadium on the ground level along West Stadium Drive. Caesars Superdome Gate G is located in between Parking Garage 5 and Parking Garage 6. Caesars Superdome Gate G is also referred to as the Caesars Superdome Claiborne Avenue Gate. Gate G is only a few glass doors and entry into the office area of the Superdome.

Caesars Superdome Gate H Entrance Location

The Caesars Superdome Gate H is located on the northwest corner of the stadium on the plaza level near the intersection of Sugar Bowl Drive and West Stadium Drive. The Caesars Superdome Gate H is located just outside Caesars Superdome Garage 6.

Caesars Superdome Suite Entrances for VIP

There are three Caesars Superdome Suite Entrances for VIP. These Caesars Superdome VIP Entrances are located at Caesars Superdome Gate A as well as the Southeast (Gate C) and Northwest Club (Gate G) escalators. These are the Caesars Superdome Suite entrances for Club Members and VIP ticket holders:

  • Caesars Superdome Gate A VIP Entry
  • Caesars Superdome Southeast VIP Entrance
  • Caesars Superdome Northwest VIP Entrance

Caesars Superdome recommends that suite ticket holders use the VIP lane at Gate A, but you are welcome to use the entrances at Gate C and Gate G as well.

When you approach these lanes, you should see a small sign that reads “VIP Entrance”. Once inside Caesars Superdome, there are escalators that will take you to the Suite Level. You will also see Guest Services located on the Suite levels.

Caesars Superdome Media Entrance

There is a Caesars Superdome Media Entrance located on the northwest side of the stadium, between Caesars Superdome Gate G and Caesars Superdome Gate H on the ground level. This media entrance is located near Caesars Superdome Garage 6. There is also a Media Will Call booth there if you need to pickup tickets.
