American Airlines Center Entrance Gate Locations
American Airlines Center North Entrance Gate Location
The American Airlines Center North Entrance Gate, as the name would suggest, is located on the north side of the arena just off of All Star Way. This American Airlines Center North Entrance is located on the opposite side of the arena from the PNC Plaza area (formerly known as Victory Plaza).

American Airlines Center East Entrance Gate Location
The American Airlines Center East Entrance Gate, as the name would suggest, is located on the east side of the arena just off of Houston Street. This American Airlines Center East Entrance is positioned right next to where Houston street intersects with Payne Street. This is the side of the arena opposite from the freeway.

American Airlines Center South Entrance Gate Location

American Airlines Center West Entrance Gate Location
The American Airlines Center West Entrance Gate, as the name would suggest, is located on the west side of the arena just off of Victory Avenue. This American Airlines Center West Entrance is positioned very near to where Victory Ave intersects with Trophy Pl. This is the same side of the arena as the freeway.

American Airlines Center VIP Entrances
American Airlines Center Platinum Entrance Gate Locations
The American Airlines Center Platinum Entrance gates are used for platinum premiere members and also function as American Airlines Center Suite Entrances. There are two main American Airlines Center Platinum Entrance gates:
- Northeast Platinum Entrance – This Northeast American Airlines Center Platinum Entrance is actually right next to the north public entry gate. On the left end of the north entry will be the Platinum Gate. This is the side of the arena opposite from PNC Plaza. - Southeast Platinum Entrance – This Southeast American Airlines Center Platinum Entrance is just south of the main east entry which is located off of Houston Street. Near the southeast corner of the arena, there is an outdoor patio bar area – this platinum entrance is located just north of the patio area. It is a double glass door and should have a sign above it that says Southeast Platinum Entrance. American Airlines Center Media Entrance Gate
The American Airlines Center Media Entrance Gate is located on the west side of the arena just off of Victory Avenue. This is the same side of the arena as the freeway. This American Airlines Center Media Entrance is positioned just north of the main public west entrance. You should see a sign above the entrance that says “Press Only”.
