If you wish to speak to the Bills ticket office in person, the ticket office at Highmark Stadium on gamedays is located adjacent to gate three on Abbot Road on the west side of the stadium. On non-gamedays, the Bills Ticket Zone is located southeast of the stadium off of Bills Drive.

Highmark Stadium ticket office is open Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm Eastern Standard time, and is also open on all gamedays. The ticket office opens four hours prior to kickoff on gamedays. Times may vary during the offseason.

UPDATE – Please note that as of 2023, the Highmark Stadium Ticket Office for the Bills has posted a notice that “Our Ticket Office is currently closed for in person transactions until further notice. Our staff is continuing to work remotely and available to assist you via phone or email.” If you wish to speak in person, it would be best to contact them first to see if they are re-opened for in-person sales.
