Chase Center has two main public entry points (East Entrance and West Entrance). The Chase Center VIP Entrances are located to the side of these main public entry points. In this article we will discuss the specific location of these Chase Center gates so you can plan accordingly.
Chase Center Entrance Locations
Chase Center East Entrance Location
The Chase Center East Entrance, as the name would suggest, is positioned on the east side of the arena, however, it is closer to the southeast corner of the arena. For visual reference, the east side of the arena is the side next to the bay. This Chase Center East Entrance is located very near to the intersection of 16th Street and Terry Francois Boulevard.

Chase Center West Entrance Location
The Chase Center West Entrance, as the name would suggest, is positioned on the west side of the arena. For visual reference, the west side of the arena is the side opposite from the bay. This Chase Center West Entrance is located off of 3rd Street. The Thrive City Plaza Area on the west side of the arena is located right in front of this entrance.

Chase Center Esplanade Entrance Location
The Chase Center Esplanade is an open walking area with beautiful sea-front views that also has access to restaurants and retail shops along the Thrive City area outside the arena. The Chase Center Esplanade Entrance into the arena is located on the east side of the arena. It can be accessed from many directions, but there are stairs that lead up from the main east entrance (near TFB and 16th Street) that takes you up to the Chase Center Esplanade Entrance.

Chase Center VIP Entrance Locations [Suites]
Chase Center East VIP Entrance Location
The Chase Center East VIP Entrance, as the name would suggest, is positioned on the east side of the arena, however, it is closer to the southeast corner of the arena. For visual reference, the east side of the arena is the side next to the bay. This Chase Center East VIP Entrance is located very near to the intersection of 16th Street and Terry Francois Boulevard.
When you approach this corner of the arena, you will see the main Chase Center East Entrance. The Chase Center East VIP Entrance is the southernmost entry point at this entrance. You should see a VIP entrance sign above the entry.

Chase Center West VIP Entrance Location
The Chase Center West VIP Entrance, as the name would suggest, is positioned on the west side of the arena. For visual reference, the west side of the arena is the side opposite from the bay. This Chase Center West VIP Entrance is located off of 3rd Street. The Thrive City Plaza Area on the west side of the arena is located right in front of this entrance.
When you approach this side of the arena, you will see the main Chase Center West Entrance. The Chase Center West VIP Entrance is the northernmost entry point at this entrance. You should see a VIP entrance sign above the entry.

Chase Center Portal Entrance Locations
Chase Center Portals are the entryway to the sections in the arena bowl via the concourse or club space. Every ticket for a Chase Center event has a portal number or letter, in addition to section, row and seat number.
Chase Center asks fans to enter the arena bowl at the portal listed on their ticket in order to improve event-day crowd flow inside the arena (source).

Listed below are the Chase Center Portals. Next to each portal is the level that the portal is located on, the side of the arena the portal is located on, and the arena entrance recommended on the Chase Center Portal Map page which you can view here.
Chase Center Portal A and Chase Center Portal B are event level portals used for courtside seating areas. Numerical Portals are used either for Level 3, Level 5, or Level 6 seating.

Other Chase Center Entrances
Chase Center Media Entrance Location
The Chase Center Media Entrance is located on the east side of the arena. For visual reference, the east side of the arena is the same side as the bay. This Chase Center Media Entrance is located just off of Terry Francois Boulevard (south of Warriors Way). This entrance is a set of glass doors and is also used as the Chase Center Team Member Entrance.

Chase Center Skybar Entrance Location
The Chase Center Skybar Entrance is located on the east side of the arena. For visual reference, the east side of the arena is the same side as the bay. This Chase Center Skybar Entrance is located just off of Terry Francois Boulevard (south of Warriors Way). This entrance is a set of glass doors.
