When do Lucas Oil Stadium Gates Open?

Lucas Oil Stadium Gates & Entrances

Lucas Oil Stadium North Gate Entrance Location

The Lucas Oil Stadium North Gate is located near the intersection of South Street and Capitol Avenue. For a visual reference, this entrance is on the same side of the stadium as the downtown skyline. The Lucas Oil Stadium North Gate has a Peyton Manning Statue standing in front of it.

Lucas Oil Stadium East Gate Entrance Location (Verizon)

The Lucas Oil Stadium East Gate is located on Capitol Avenue, very near to the intersection of Capitol Avenue and West Merrill Street. The Lucas Oil Stadium East Gate is also referred to as the Lucas Oil Stadium Verizon Gate, and you should see a Verizon sponsor sign as you approach this entrance.

Lucas Oil Stadium South Gate Entrance Location

The Lucas Oil Stadium South Gate is located near the large parking lot on the south side of the stadium. It can be accessed from either Missouri Street (from the west) or Capitol Avenue (from the east). For a visual reference, Lucas Oil Stadium South Gate is on the opposite side of the stadium as the downtown skyline.

Lucas Oil Stadium West Gate Entrance Location (Huntington)

The Lucas Oil Stadium West Gate is located on Missouri Street, very near to the intersection of Missouri Street and West Empire Street. The Lucas Oil Stadium West Gate is also referred to as the Lucas Oil Stadium Huntington Gate, and you should see a Huntington Bank sponsor sign as you approach this entrance.

Lucas Oil Stadium Suite Entrances for VIP

There are three Lucas Oil Stadium Suite Entrances for VIP (source). These Lucas Oil Stadium VIP Entrances are at the same spots as the regular Lucas Oil Stadium Gates we discussed above (but only 3 out of the 4 stadium gates have VIP lanes). These are the Lucas Oil Stadium entrances that also have VIP lanes:

Lucas Oil Stadium East Gate
Lucas Oil Stadium West Gate

The Lucas Oil Stadium South Gate does not have a VIP lane.

When you approach these lanes, you should see a sing that says “Suite & Club Seat Holder Entrance”. These Lucas Oil Stadium Suite Entrances are not open to all attendees. Stadium elevators are located near these VIP entrances to take premium seat holders to their suites.

Lucas Oil Stadium Media Entrance

There is a Lucas Oil Stadium Media Entrance located on the west side of the stadium, just north of the Lucas Oil Stadium West Gate. This media entrance is located near the northwest corner of the stadium, near gate 5 parking entrance.
