Neyland Stadium Entrance Gates open two hours prior to game time (source). The Neyland Stadium East Club Entrance will open 3 hours prior to kickoff and the Neyland Stadium West Club Entrance will open 3.5 hours prior to kickoff.

Neyland Stadium Gate 1 Entrance Location
Neyland Stadium Gate 1 is located on the east side of the stadium just off of Tee Martin Drive. Neyland Stadium Gate 4 Entrance Location
Neyland Stadium Gate 4 is located on the southeast side of the stadium just off of Tee Martin Drive. For visual reference, this Neyland Stadium Gate 4 entrance is located just north of the Tennessee River on the east side of the stadium. There is also a Neyland Stadium Gate 4A.
