Sportsfanfocus.com has no affiliation with Nissan Stadium, the Tennessee Titans, or NFL (info)

If you are planning to go to a Tennessee Titans game at Nissan Stadium and don’t yet have tickets, you might be wondering about your options. Can you buy Titans tickets at the stadium gate?

Update: Yes, you can buy Titans tickets at the stadium, but only as long as supplies last. That said, for reasons we discuss below (like sellouts, lines, etc), many fans choose to buy their tickets online before they go to the game. I like to use Vivid Seats because they show me what my view from the seats will look like prior to purchase. Click here to view Titans tickets available at VividSeats.com (affiliate link takes you to vividseats.com).

The main Nissan Stadium Ticket Office is located on the east side of Nissan Stadium next to gate 1, just off of 2nd Street. It is important to understand that all Titans tickets for games at Nissan Stadium are now mobile only (source).

At the time this guide was created, the Titans box office is still open for in-person requests. Some stadiums around the country are transitioning to digital-only ticket offices, so I advise you to contact the Titans ticket office in advance to confirm box office hours and current procedures (view contact information).

Buying NFL tickets online can help simplify the process and remove some of the annoyances and risks that come from trying to buy tickets at the stadium. In this article, we discuss how to buy Titans tickets for games at Nissan Stadium, and what your other options might be.

Buying Titans Tickets at the Stadium

Can You Buy Titans Tickets at Nissan Stadium?

Yes, as we discussed earlier, you can buy Tennessee Titans tickets at the stadium, but only if there are tickets available. The Titans Ticket Office is located on the east side of Nissan Stadium next to gate 1, just off of 2nd Street (view).

Please remember that NFL stadiums, including Nissan Stadium, have adopted mobile ticketing in an attempt to reduce the risk of ticket fraud. To learn more about how the Titans mobile ticketing works, click here.

It is important to understand, if you are hoping to walk-up and buy tickets at Nissan Stadium for a game that same day, you likely won’t have any luck. Very rarely are there tickets available at the stadium on game day.

The Tennessee Titans home games sellout frequently. Therefore, if you wait to buy tickets at the game, you will likely miss out. Buying your tickets in advance, if possible, is always best.

If you are hoping to buy tickets for games in the future, you do have the option to search on Vivid Seats or some other online ticket broker. If you want to try to buy through the Titans Ticket Office, my advice is to reach out to them via phone or internet.

The ticket office at Nissan Stadium is open Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm Central Standard Time. Click here to view Tennessee Titans information on how to contact the Titans about their box office.

Issues with Buying Titans Tickets at the Stadium

Here are a few risks and annoyances you will want to consider if you are planning on buying Titans tickets at the gate.

  • Sellout – This is the important one. As we discussed earlier, Titans home games often sellout. Walking up and buying tickets at Nissan Stadium on game day likely won’t work.
  • Options – You also may find that even if there are tickets left for purchase that you don’t like any of the available seats or prices, especially if you are going to the game with a group of people. Buying online allows you to browse before you go, and find something that works for you.
  • Ticket Lines – Be prepared, waiting in line is a possibility if you choose to buy at the stadium. The overall wait can obviously fluctuate depending on the specific circumstance, and may be relatively short for some games. But a wait is possible.

Best Online Site for Titans Tickets

Buying from the team, if possible, is always the best options. But some fans prefer to use ticket brokers so they can shop and price compare.

I like to use Vivid Seats because they show me what my view from the seats will look like prior to purchase. Click here to view Titans tickets available at VividSeats.com (affiliate link takes you to vividseats.com).

Buying tickets online can be a bit scary when it comes to giving out your information, which is why Vivid Seats has their 100% Buyer Guarantee program. The program is designed to give you security and peace of mind when you are buying tickets online. Here is all that comes with the 100% Buyers Guarantee program:

  • Hassle Free Customer Service
  • Private and Secure transaction (no selling or sharing your information to brokers)
  • Tickets Delivered before the Event Guaranteed or Money Back
  • Valid and Authentic Tickets or money back
  • Accurate Order Guarantee (your tickets will be identical, comparable, or better than your order or money back)
  • Money Back Guarantee for Cancelled Events

Not only do they make sure your are satisfied and your transactions are secure, but they also have a very user-friendly platform. When you go to purchase tickets, they show you exactly where the seats are on the stadium map. They also give you an actual picture view from those seats.

Vivid Seats Loyalty Program

As mentioned, Vivid Seats has a great loyalty program. Depending on how much you spend, you can earn up to 9% cash back on any purchase you make with them. Not only do you get an incredible 9% cash back if you reach “HOF” status, you will also get access to special VIP events and other additional perks. You can see more details here.

Of course, you can always contact the Titans and see if they have tickets available, but often times buying through Vivid Seats gives you a wider range of tickets and prices to choose from anyway. If there are no more tickets available through the Titans official website, the best place to buy Titans tickets online is Vivid Seats.

The difference between buying from Vivid Seats versus buying directly from the team is Vivid Seats is a secondary ticket marketplace, meaning fan-to-fan. As mentioned, usually online ticket brokers like Vivid Seats will have a lot more tickets available and options to choose from.

There are, of course, other fan-to-fan ticket sites out there besides Vivid Seats that will also work just fine (like Stubhub). But I like to use Vivid Seats to take advantage of their 100% Buyer Guarantee and loyalty program. Click here to browse through Titans tickets on Vivid Seats to see what seats are available, and what prices (affiliate link takes you to VividSeats.com).

The NFL has partnered with Ticketmaster as the preferred primary ticketing partner.  Ticketmaster also has an online platform called Ticket Exchange, which is also a very popular fan-to-fan platform that competes with Vivid Seats.
