Can You Buy Cowboys Tickets at AT&T Stadium?

Sportsfanfocus.com has no affiliation with AT&T Stadium, the Dallas Cowboys, or NFL (info)

If you are planning to attend a Dallas Cowboys game at ATT Stadium and don’t yet have tickets, you might be wondering about your options. Can you buy Cowboys tickets at the stadium gate on gameday?

Update: As of this year, the Cowboys ticket office no longer sells paper tickets at the stadium. The ticket office at the stadium is open only to assist in ticket resolution issues. Tickets can be purchased online through the team or through ticket brokers like SeatGeek, Ticketmaster, StubHub, and Vivid Seats. I like to use Vivid Seats because they show me what my view from the seats will look like prior to purchase. Click here to view Cowboys tickets available at VividSeats.com (affiliate link takes you to vividseats.com).

Any fan needing assistance purchasing tickets can contact the team’s ticket office during regular business hours. The Cowboys Ticket Office is located at Entry A on the northeast side of the stadium (view).  You will see the sign for the Pro shop and Entry A is just to the right of that. The ticket office will be open on game days for ticket resolution only.

Buying Cowboys tickets online prior to going to the stadium can help simplify the process and remove some of the annoyances that come from buying tickets at the stadium. In this article, we discuss how to buy Cowboys tickets at ATT Stadium, and what your other options might be.

Buying Cowboys Tickets at the Stadium

Can You Buy Cowboys Tickets at AT&T Stadium?

As of this year, all Dallas Cowboys Tickets are now digital. The Ticket office at AT&T Stadium is open on game days for ticket resolution only. The main Cowboys Ticket Office is located at Entry A on the northeast side of the stadium (view).

It is important to understand, if you are hoping to walkup and buy tickets at ATT Stadium for a game that same day, you likely won’t have any luck. Very rarely are there tickets available plus the Ticket Office does not sell hard tickets anymore.

The Dallas Cowboys home games have sold out since 2002 (source).  Therefore, if you wait to buy tickets the day of the game, you could miss out. Buying your tickets in advance, if possible, is always best. Click here to view Cowboys tickets available at Vivid Seats (affiliate link takes you to VividSeats.com).

If you are hoping to buy tickets for games in the future, you do have the option to search on Vivid Seats or some other online ticket broker. If you want to try to buy through the Cowboys Ticket Office, my advice is to reach out to them via phone or internet.

Best Online Site for Cowboys Tickets

Buying from the team, if possible, is always the best option. But some fans like to use online ticket brokers like StubHub and Vivid Seats, which give you access to re-sold fan-to-fan tickets.

There are many places to buy Cowboys tickets from online, but I prefer Vivid Seats because of the 100% Buyer Guarantee, their digital platform, and their loyalty program. Click here to view Cowboys tickets available at Vivid Seats (affiliate link takes you to VividSeats.com).

Buying tickets online can be a bit scary when it comes to giving out your information, which is why Vivid Seats has their 100% Buyer Guarantee program. The program is designed to give you security and peace of mind when you are buying tickets online. Here is all that comes with the 100% Buyers Guarantee program:

  • Hassle Free Customer Service
  • Private and Secure transaction (no selling or sharing your information to brokers)
  • Tickets Delivered before the Event Guaranteed or Money Back
  • Valid and Authentic Tickets or money back
  • Accurate Order Guarantee (your tickets will be identical, comparable, or better than your order or money back)
  • Money Back Guarantee for Cancelled Events

Not only do they make sure your are satisfied and your transactions are secure, but they also have a very user-friendly platform. When you go to purchase tickets, they show you exactly where the seats are on the stadium map. They also give you an actual picture view from those seats.

Vivid Seats Loyalty Program

As mentioned, Vivid Seats has a great loyalty program. Depending on how much you spend, you can earn up to 9% cash back on any purchase you make with them. Not only do you get an incredible 9% cash back if you reach “HOF” status, you will also get access to special VIP events and other additional perks. You can see more details here.

Of course, you can always contact the Cowboys and see if they have tickets available, but often times buying through an online ticket broker gives you a wider range of tickets and prices to choose from anyway. If there are no more tickets available through the Cowboys official website, the buying through a ticket broker like Vivid Seats is needed.

The difference between buying from Vivid Seats versus buying directly from the team is Vivid Seats is a secondary ticket marketplace, meaning fan-to-fan. As mentioned, usually online ticket brokers like Vivid Seats will have a lot more tickets available and options to choose from.

There are, of course, other fan-to-fan ticket sites out there besides Vivid Seats that will also work just fine (like Stubhub). But I like to use Vivid Seats to take advantage of their 100% Buyer Guarantee and loyalty program. Click here to browse through Cowboys tickets on Vivid Seats to see what seats are available, and what prices (affiliate link takes you to VividSeats.com).

The Cowboys currently have a partnership with SeatGeek to be their primary ticket sales platform.  SeatGeek not only has the ability to sell season tickets for the Dallas Cowboys, they also can sell single game tickets as well as supporting fan-to-fan sales as well.
